Illegal immigration is a multi-faceted issue. It affects every crisis this nation is facing. From city and state budgets, the economic crisis, the medical crises, to the education crisis. Illegal immigration, mostly from Mexico, has had a dramatic, detrimental economic effect. One this country is no longer in a position to afford. It’s driving us into financial ruin.

In addition to the above crisis’s, Americans are now facing a new threat from the illegal Mexican nationalists that have crossed our borders. This new threat is a large and growing Mexican Nationals Movement called Aztlan. The goal of this movement is to return to Mexico all lands that have ever belonged to Mexico. The leaders of the movement claim that land includes the entire continent. Do you wonder why you haven’t heard about this on the evening news? Well, so do we!

Remember the illegal immigration demonstrations. Here is a few of the things being said at their rallies. Check out the videos below for more information.

  • “We do not need passports or papers! We are not illegal in this land! This land has belonged to our people for over 40,000 years!”

  • “White America is dying. They are not making babies! It is only a matter of time before this land is ours again.”

  • “California will be ours in a matter of years. Anyone who doesn’t like what is going on can go back to Europe!”

  • “ We need as many of our Mexican people as possible to enter the United States. When they get their amnesty they will be dual citizens, able to vote in Mexico and the United States. We will influence the American government to our advantage!”

This is not a matter of racism or hatred of the Mexican people.  It is a matter of the rights of the American people.  Of our right to protect our sovereignty. Of our right to decide who is allowed to enter our country. It is a matter of whether this country will remain great or will fall as others have before us.

Just as those earlier immigrants who entered our nation thru Ellis Island.  Most illegal immigrants today are good, hard working people who came to our nation looking for work and a better life.  The difference is that they entered our country uncontrolled. No process. No screening. They just walked, climbed, swam, or rode across our border knowing full well it was illegal to do so. Just as it is in Mexico.

Just try crossing Mexico's southern border with Central America. If you are caught entering Mexico illegally you get an automatic five year prison sentence. Five years is considered life in a Mexican prison. If you survive your sentence you will be promptly tossed back across the border when your time is served.

Our government continued to do what it has done since the out start of this problem years ago. It ignored the problem. This encouraged more Mexican nationals to cross our border! When the number of Mexican Nationals reached a level of concern, the government gave them amnesty. This again encouraged even more Mexican Nationals to cross our border! The crisis the United States is in today is a direct result of our governments inaction in protecting our borders.

Although elected legislators are finally starting to react to the frustration of the American people, don't look for any serious action past lip service. Not from Democrats or Republicans. They both have a vested interest in standing on their soapboxes.  Giving speeches promising action. Waving. Smiling. Then doing as little as they can possibly get away with to solve the problem.

Democrats are wooing illegal immigrants looking to gain as many votes as they can whether they are legal votes or not. In addition, the unions that support the Democrats are looking to replace their falling membership.  With Latino workers whether legal or not. In fact, everyone who gains financially from low cost Mexican labor is throwing money at the democrats. The Democrats have no incentive to do anything about illegal immigration except to make millions of Mexican Nationals new American citizens.

The Republicans are no different. Corporate America owns them straight out. And Corporate America loves the fact that millions of Mexican nationals have been able to keep the average wage down in this country. In fact, they throw money at every politician they can find from both parties to make sure it stays that way. Money talks and the American people lose again. The only way this crisis can be fixed is if all Americans speak to our elected officials in one voice!

The crisis is caused by the number of Mexican Nationals that have entered the United States illegally. The following are the direct result:

  • The average wage has been kept lower than anyone could live on. They live on these wages by living in communal large groups.

  • They take jobs away from American citizens.

  • Because they are not screened they are re-introducing diseases in our country that were eradicated years ago.

  • The cost to municipalities has sky rocked. Last year illegal immigrants cost Houston over 200 million dollars for medical care alone. The same cost in San Francisco was over 250 million dollars. This doesn't include the cost of the social services they use. Across the nation the cost we are incurring due to illegal immigrants is staggering!

  • Educating the children of Mexican Nationals is costing the nation millions of dollars. Not to mention, increasing class sizes so that our children are not receiving the attention and help from teachers they could be. This has amplified the education crisis in the United States.

  • As with any low income, poverty stricken social group, criminal activity as a percent of population is high. This has proven to be a drain and an expense to our law enforcement agencies.

  • They are sending a large portion of their income back to Mexico. They are propping up the Mexican economy. This is why Mexico encourages it's citizens to sneak into the United States and fights any and all attempts to secure the border.
